Fellow showed up on time and replaced a part in A/C that had been blown out by a power surge. Had job completed in less than an hour. I would definitely use them again.

Whaley's was one of three companies who we had provide estimates for replacement of our AC ducts and though they weren't the lowest bid they were close. The clincher for choosing them was the professionalism and confidence they gave us during our contacts. The past couple weeks we noticed an odor emitting from our AC vents. We contacted Whaley's who dispatched a technician within hours to check out the problem. He quickly discovered that some of the duct work was faulty. He contacted the owner of Whaley's and they agreed they would replace the necessary ducts. Today, only a couple days since the technician was here, the faulty ducts were replaced. We were greatly relieved when one of the technicians said Whaley's was absorbing the cost of the replacement duct work. He also was apologetic for the inconvenience the problem had caused. It's quite refreshing and reassuring to do business with a company that can be trusted to do work quickly, at competitive prices and best of all stand behind their work when something goes wrong. Whaley's has our loyalty for any and all AC and heating work we need done in the future. The annual AC inspection and maintenance we had them do a couple weeks ago was done within hours of contacting Whaley's and for a fraction of the price we paid another company to do the maintenance last year. When you need AC work go Whaley's you'll be glad you did.

They installed a new air conditioner about a year ago. It's a smaller company but they're just very dependable and very reliable. I call them and they are here the next day. I have been using them for at least 15 years. My house was built in 1988 and the vent covers like on your ceiling can get pretty rusty looking and I said while you're up there. They replaced all of those too and I think the bill was less than $150. I've always found them to be very reasonable. Somebody you can trust not to gouge you. 

When I got my air conditioning I called around and got 5 prices and that's why I stuck with my original company.

My experience was good. They did not try to sell us a brand new air conditioning system, they just identified the problems and fixed it. Scheduling an appointment was easy. There was one technician here doing the work.

They were very honest, prompt, and courteous. I will definitely use them in the future.

When removing an interior wall the contractor discovered that the air conditioning line from the external unit went through the wall into the attic air handler. Whaley came out the same day, provided a very competitive quote to relocate the line along the outside wall directly into the attic, and did the job the next day which minimized the down time for the contractor.

They came within a day of being called and handled the problem promptly and professionally.
