Home Building
We went through approximately 6 months of h*** with our new home, getting repairs made that never should have been a problem in the first place. We had problems with: air conditioning, ceilings, walls, exterior wall, front door, kitchen cabinets, kitchen counter top, family room flooring, faucets, windows, electric, garage door openers, paint, appliances. After all of these problems, which took over 350 hours of our personal time to manage their resolution, we asked for compensation from WCI. They said we were not due any compensation. We would never build or buy from WCI again - never!
