I had no isses with their employess only with the two brothers who are the owners. All instances noted were witnessed by my general contractor.

They gave me the best price. The crew was good. There was a warranty on the work. Then one of the corners and edges failed. They came and said that it wasn’t under warranty because we drove on it. I thought they would come back and fix it, as it wasn’t a big job either. They wouldn’t fix it and I told them that I didn’t drive on it from the first day they told me not to drive on it. The work was good initially but they did not honor the warranty. The price and the quality were good. They did the job when they said they were going to do it and finished it within the timeframe. The owner’s attitude was very unprofessional. I would never use them in the future.

Once started, it went pretty much according to their estimated timeframe. Since we speak Spanish, this helped a lot with the workers. Providing coffee in the AM and sodas/water in the PM is a tremendous advantage to their willingness to do a little extra!

We were very impressed and extremely pleased. They even picked out the design and we loved it!
