Our main alarm speakers were blasting inside and out on a Sunday evening - not the best for neighborly relations! We had to cut the electrical lines, and pull out the battery, and it still ran for another 20-25 minutes! Our system is roughly 15 years old, but we maintain it regularly.

They finally showed up for an appointment on Tuesday afternoon, and
made the appropriate repairs. This firm started as Checkpoint in
Naples, FL. As it has grown, the client service has suffered.
Our technicians were polite, knew the equipment, and were helpful. They did their best with a bad situation. They did fix the issues. It cost us $111.00, and our monthly fees of roughly $29.77
