The contract promised 5 1/2 inches I received 3 1/2 inches in a lot of spots When they were completed I had to go back I had five areas where I could see daylight after the spray formed They have come back twice and I still have some spots with only 3 1/2 inches and I have five areas where I see daylight and have air infiltration.
