Project started out fine although could not keep Tony Felice focused on completion of project. COnstantly telling me that he and his crew would be there on such and such a day and of course that did not happen. Finally after many months of chasing, it appeared that the project was nearing completion..... After only a few months, spider cracks in all of the paint applied to the cabinets became obvious. Tony Felice (owner) said that another client had a similar problem and that he believed the problem was with the paint primer and that all of the cabinets would need to be repainted. Panels were removed and several months went by before some were returned and replaced. Several needed to be rebuilt and we are still waiting. Now the owner has gone silent on us. Disgraceful. DONT HIRE

Paid nearly $120,000. for what amounted to a job that was done with disgraceful results. Kitchen included full replacement of cabinetry with custom made boxes and panels and custom finish per specification. Contractor was paid and within 6 months of completion, nearly all of the painted finishes started spider cracking and bubbling. After several attempts to correct over more than a year and situation getting worse Tony Felice (owner) and his paint sub-contractor pulled all faces off cabinets and vent hood and re-built due to problems with the way the original primer adhered to the wood. Now more than 2 years later the last 3 or 4 panels (which Mr. Felice sent me pictures of) have yet to be installed. He has recently gone silent on me and does not answer texts or calls. I have been patient with this beyond words but now have to pursue legally to finish. Disgraceful experience, terrible work product, very poor communication and execution.
