It did not go well at all.I paid 6k CASH for a tile floor that started to come of within a week of install.The floor started to get bubbles in the grout..I called Phil Setterquist and reluctantly he came to look at my floor.He had someone come back out and at that time there were maybe a dozen bubbles.WITHIN 3 months or so the entire floor was coming up.I called and called and called Phil Setterquist and got no reply. I have left so many messages that I must have sounded like a recorder..no reply. I called again at the end of 2019 and finally spoke to him..he answered the phone..I told him again that this floor was so bad that it now has dust piles standing where every day the last of the grout was coming up.He said he would send someone out.HE DID on or about Feb 2020.Remember I spoke to him late 2019.His sales manager Richie Alvarez did come to look at my floor.HE WAS STUNNED to see my floor.He took many picture.He called Phil from my home.I could hear what he said.The floor was bad. Richie told me he would call the vender that sold them to thin set but WOULD NO MATTER WHAT BE BACK to me SOON.He gave me his cell number and told me to call if I did not hear back.I DID CALL RICHIE about a dozen times.I have yet to hear from him.I thought he was such a nice guy.I then called back to no avail Setterquist Flooring and ask for PHIL..nothing.I got in my car and drove to the store room.Phil was standing right there.He was rude,he no apology for all the stalling he has done,the massive delay.I have pictures that cannot be denied.I was livid.He turned to walk away form me twice.I have chased this man for well over 2 1/2 years so upon seeing he had no concern really upset me.I did say I was going to contact anyone who may consider this company to think long and hard...He said I was threatening him.I was merely TELLING him what I was going to do and have done..That is a lot of money for the floor I have now and had as early as 3 months after.His men who put down the floor were nearly as rude.They removed the finish on my existing marble floor on the last day they came back to do repairs on the bubbles.When Phil was here and saw the film on my marble floors he said they were no longer there and did not speak well of them..They used some sealing film that took the finish off my marble.Phil came out to look at the floor and sent a Marble Stone and Restoration owner here to look at the floor.This same man saw my floor with the bubbles.Dwayne Broomfield then sent someone out to try to get my marble floor finish back to his shine.It was never as glossy.In short and in brief..Setterquist Flooring Of Bonita Springs Fla is not the place to go for quality work.I want my floor fixed and fixed right.If I could post pictures there would be no question of what I am saying..they have now been posted on FB and my Neighborhood blog.The pictures were seen by my neighborhood and other surrounding communities..Had I said nothing the pictures were enough of a silent protest.I had and continue to have comments..feel free to call me and or come look at my floors yourself.My displease remains as you may be able to tell.

Setterquist flooring more than met our expectations for sales, quoting and installation of our plank tile flooring throughout our kitchen and great room.  They laid the tile on an angle which made it look even better!  Setterquist went out of their way to reinstall base boards and tack some carpeting back down in a few adjoining rooms.  We will definately use Setterquist again in the future when we replace our carpeting in our home.

Setterquist Flooring more than met our expectations with regards to selling, quoting and installing our plank tile throughout our kitchen and great room.  They laid the tile on an angle which made the look even better than we hoped.  They also went out of their way to install base boards, and re-tack carpet in a couple of the ajoining rooms.  We couldn't be more happy and we plan to use Setterquist in the future when we replace the carpeting in our home!

We had a great experience from start to finish. We appreciate quality workmanship and that's just what we got. Tonia is a wonderful sales rep and helped find exactly what I was looking for and executed the work quickly. Someone was at my house every day until the job was complete to my satisfaction. I'd highly recommend Setterquist to anyone looking for great floors.
