Ron's Custom Screen was a pleasure to work with. The office staff were courteous and professional, and the screen repair crew showed up on-time. The repair crew were efficient, and did a great job. We highly recommend Ron's!
Description of Work: We live in the Pelican Landing community in Bonita Springs, and after Hurricane Irma, had some screens blown out, and the metal frame on our lanai cage damaged.

Description of Work: Installed the new aluminium screen enclosure. The contractor is reputable and knowledgeable. The work was done promptly with minimal damage to the surrounding landscape. They don't always respond to communications. The permit documentation took over 3 weeks to finalize but the project was completed and I did not mind waiting for the inspection. Overall, one of the best trade companies to deal with in Naples, FL.

His estimates are kind of high so we decided to do something totally different. He talked to my husband and I think he was okay with him. His responsiveness was pretty good, he came right over.

I called several companies that do screen enclosures. Most didn't answer the phone, just had a recording. One company that was rated excellent on Angie's List did answer and was very professional, however I did not hear back for several days. In the mean time I called Ron's Custom Screen got an estimate that day and an enclosure installed a few day's later. Also they beat the co. that was rated excellent by quite a lot of money. Quality of the materials and installation were top notch. I would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: I had Ron install a brand new screen enclosure for my lanai.
