There were two areas where the concrete met the floor. They didn't even out the concrete however. They also left a ditch, which is still showing. The concrete is lumpy and uneven. By the door, they didn't put the flooring down correctly. There are some holes in the floor, where critters can get it because they didn't seal it properly. They also spread out sprinkles on the floor and got some of that in the grout work, it looks sloppy. I told them it was unsatisfactory and before I paid them the rest of the money they needed to correct the mistakes. They came back but didn't do anything better the second time. I was very disappointed. They don't seem to know what they are doing and are not willing to correct their work.

Response from Rock Solid Flooring Systems LLC
Explained beforehand - the problem is with the uneven concrete and that we are only as good as the substrate. We did not alter the concrete, just coated it for them. We went back and addressed the area in question, and were paid in full. Rock Solid put new base around the room.
