Rams replaced an old flat roof on my 1956 Florida ranch. Huge demo job, many dumpsters of moldy wood. They took great care replacing rafters and plywood substrate. They actually built a 15" high peaked superstructure for better draining. I had half dozen skilled carpenters doing whatever needed to be done. Throughout the week of work, the site was left 100% clean at night. My rep was always reachable. The crew was careful not to damage the interior ceilings--- in doing so, they saved me thousands in repairing and painting.

I had serious damage to my mobile home in Fort Myers and with all the scam artist out there i did research from Canada (where i live, 9 months of the year) and found Rams Roofing. I dealt with a gentlemen named Ryan ( who was most encouraging and helpful. He did not have a lot of experience with Ram but what he lacked in experience he made up for it in customer service. I started talking to Ryan in October 2022 but did not sign a contract with Rams until i arrived in Florida on January 14th 2023 and only after i met Ryan at the companyâ s place of business in Bonita Springs. I got a tour and observed that the company had lots of inventory and supplies, lots of work trucks and lots of employees. The company appeared well organized and after meeting the owner Jose Ramirez, the owner and Fernando Zavala the operations manager i felt comfortable signing a contract with Rams. The sales person Ryan has kept me well informed and as recently as this week the owner and the operations manager attended my place to make sure that the roof installation was as i anticipated. While they have not started on the construction (expected in the next 10 day), i have strong confidence that the job will mor that surpass my expectations. Customer service is rated 5 to date. I will post after completion of the job. The roof has now been installed. The company had gave me a date of 6 weeks for installation bit under promised and over delivered as the roof was installed in just four weeks. The work was very organized, and professional. The site was very meet and at the end of every day all scrap was picked up and taken away. The work was of the highest quality and exceeded my expectations. The roof is completed and I am waiting for the carport to be completed. I will provide an update when the carport has been completed

I am a single woman and I am very happy with the way I was treated from beginning to the end. Rams Roofing was very professional , on time and very clean.

Very organized, different crews in every step. Job was done on time. No issues with inspections.

We were on a time crunch since we are selling the home and sharing it. Rams Roofing was there within days unlike the other contractors who would have taken weeks to take care of our lanai leak problem.
