John Cosgrove saved the day. This man is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. He spent three hours documenting a mold infestation. Thus the remediation folks knew exactly where to clean. After the remediation he retested and wrote another lengthy report complete with over 100 photos. If it weren’t for him I would never have purchased the condominium that I did. A plus professional!!!

The cost for this service was included in our home inspection we had with Accredited Building Consultants. When Doug arrived to the home we are purchasing and he gave me his card I was happy to see he was from this company (Radon and Mold Professionals). Before deciding to go with Accredited Building Consultants for our home inspection I had researched other home inspectors that did not include mold and radon in their costs, because of this I looked up independent mold and radon companies and was going to go with this one if I went with an inspector that did not include it - so I was quite pleased to see that I got him anyway! To save some money what they do is an Air Quality test before they actually inspect the entire home for mold and the results of the air quality tests combined with what the home inspector finds will determine if you need to go further and get a full mold inspection on the home. Love that they are not just trying to get you to spend the most money. They take a longer air quality sample than other companies which gives a more accurate result. They also performed the radon testing on the home. Doug was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them and they would be my first call if I ever thought I had a problem in the future.

Inspector extremely thorough.  Openly discussed his findings and made recommendations on how to fix and avoid humidity induced mold in the future.  Prepared thorough report that clearly guided the remediation process by H2O911 that followed.
