The contractor provided excellent service from the proposal to completion of the project. Would use them again for any other projects that I may have in the future.

When I called for an estimate, I was cheerfully greeted and a time around my schedule was arranged for the estimate. John arrived, we spoke about what we wanted....he measured and said he'd call back in a day or two with the estimate. He called back in 2 days with the estimate. We arranged for the work to begin, again based around our schedule. He went with us to the granite fabricator and was extremely helpful with us in our granite selection. Granite was measured when it was supposed to be and installed when it was supposed to be. Refacing was started when it was supposed to be and finished when scheduled. Everything went extremely well and Scott ,the installer, was very neat and organized and cleaned up daily. John was always available by phone and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. Truly and exceptional organization to deal with....you will not go wrong hiring them and will be very pleased with the finished product

I can't rave about John enough. I had ordered white wood beadboard style.
The company he dealt with sent plain fronts instead and told him they did not do beadboard in wood. He custom built all the beadboard fronts in his shop. He also had to wait to put in the appliance garage, also custom made, until my countertop which was special ordered at a granite company came in. He made countless trips all the way to Marco Island, addressing every concern I had. I did not like the finish on one of the bathroom cabinets and he replaced it. I had ordered an angled cabinet in the master bathroom to follow the line of the angled granite, and did not like how it appeared once it was in and John came and made the adjustment to my liking. He never charged me any extra, even when something was my fault. He does great work at a great price and is completely honorable.

The whole remodeling project was done in stages, which allowed us to see the cabinetry before finalizing the granite and backsplash choices that were to be installed. The initial phase of removing the existing cabinets went smoothly and included revamping our original plans to extend our existing soffitt, when it was discovered that the old drywall could not be supported properly, and a change was made to address that condition. We were able to eliminate the entire soffitt and install crown molding on top of the new cabinets with background lighting. Quality was able to incorporate a new design that was better for us than the old concept, and provided additional lighting that we couldn't accommodate before with the original plans. The technicians working at the house were polite and professional in their performance of their tasks; they also were accommodating in answering questions and making suggestions to improve the final product. Our contact person was very responsive to our concerns and questions, and was pleasant to work with in assisting us in looking at materials and laying out in design form our ideas. They completed the work within our schedule and we are very pleased with the final results. They also followed up with a few minor items that we found with kitchen and bath renovating that they had done earlier at a rental condo we own. :-)

The work was completed in a professional manner, and there was minimal disarray arising from the installation. We were so pleased with the result in the rental unit that we are having them do a kitchen renovation in our house.

This company was brought in by my kitchen contractor and did an excellent job. His product was outstanding and his installation was done in a timely manner. He ordered the backsplash for my contractor to install and it matches the counters exactly. I plan on using his services for other remodeling in my home. It is a 1976 Mobil home and it is very hard to find reliable and good contractors to work on an older mobil home. I will recommend him to other homeowners.
