Plumbing Nerds sales method is to get into your house, scope the work required and price the job off of a very inflexible price menu. In my opinion, their prices are ridiculous. I purchased a new garbage disposal and they installed it. I asked that while the technician was there, to quote installing new kitchen and bathroom faucets as well. The total quote including the installed disposal was almost $1,500! Keep in mind I had already purchased the fixtures. Iād steer clear of this company and seek an alternative with a more reasonable and customer friendly pricing structure.

They were always prompt, I didnt have to stay home and them not show up or be late. They were always there when they said they would be. No surprize's did what they said they would in the time they said it would take. The only plumber i would ever recommend in this area.

Have done whole house remodels and repairs including emergency services. This is a company that doesnāt need to be babysat. They get it done quickly, efficiently and the price is always reasonable. I have not had any call backs. I rely on them for ALL my plumbing needs! Hats Off to you guys!!!!

I have been working with plumbing nerds for over a year now when I first had a leak from my water heater in my house. They were very prompt, and when I called at 9:30 pm on a Saturday I actually spoke to a live representive from their company. I was surprised to find that there was no answering service. As to all these other companies you have to call and try to relay your problem to 10 different people before you actually get to talk to a real person. So the friendly voice from their Amazing office staff was pleasant to hear. They got some one there that night to stop the leak, and then returned in the morning and installed my new heater. Which might I add works beautifully. I just want to say Thank You Plumbing Nerds for your excellent service! I have a few projects coming up at my house and I know who I will be calling.

They came out the very next morning after my call. The tech that arrived was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, yet personable demeanor and exuded a strong, "I like what I do and am happy to help you!" kins of vibe. He evaluated the problem and determined that my pump was air locked and that we just needed to bleed the lines, explained what was causing it and some suggestions on preventing it from re-occurring in the future.. He then proceeded to show me how to do it myself if it came up again. The best part? Because they didn't have to repair anything it they covered it under their free estimate and didn't charge me a dime! (And I was resigned to getting hit with a massive bill less than 3 months before they are pulling us off our well anyway so this made me VERY happy.) They have earned my future business for sure! Finding quality, honest service personnel has been a very difficult experience for me in Florida so I am grateful to have found Plumbing Nerds and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to any of my friends and family for help with all their plumbing needs.

plumbing nerds is the worst company i have ever worked with. plumbing nerds, also known as "eco Plumbers" were supposed to remove my kitchen sink and faucet, then replace them after we refinished our kitchen counter. their representative asked my wife and i if we wanted to replace the shutoff valves. we both asked him repeatedly if they were leaking or needed to be replaced at this time. he told us repeatedly "no, they were not leaking and didn't need to be replaced." we did not notice the leaking until the floor started to buckle up. we immediately called plumbing nerds back and they sent the same representative back out. when we showed him where the leaking was from the hot water shutoff valve and how i had turned the cold water shutoff valve off myself. he insisted it was not his fault. there was never any leaking prior to his working on our kitchen. i told him i wanted to talk with his boss on the phone. the next thing i see is him in the service truck trying to take off. i had to run after him down my driveway to stop him. i was forced to have him fix the leaks to stop any more damage. he made sure to charge me. the short story is i called the president, john verhoff, and told him what had happened. he agreed that it was ridicules that we would have told the representative to not repair the shutoff valves if we were told they were leaking. the president john verhoff repeatedly made appointments with us to come and see the damages. we made sure we were home each time and he never showed up and stopped taking our calls. i called my charlotte county, florida building department and was told that plumbing nerds, also known as eco plumbers was not registered or insured in charlotte county. they let their county licenses expire in 12-31-2016. work with this company at your own risk.

Excellent. Brett was prompt professional and on time. Was actually an employee of another company we had hired in the past for our water treatment system. He carried himself in a very professional, and helpful manner. Super nice guy. Have already recommended him and this company to two friends and family members today alone. Pricing was direct and up front which I really liked. It seemed a little higher than I expected but when I saw the extensive amount of time he spent getting things done right, it was worth it.
