Absolutely amazing My pool doesn’t look like it was refurbished it looks brand new; modern and updated glass tiles; copping, lights, remodeled spa, and my Caymas Reserve pool finish. Interviewed various pool builders, none was more knowledgeable than Miller when it came to the time table and his team who was going to do the work. Super professional; on time; stayed late paid attention to every detail. IMPRESSED YES. Pinch A Penny Bonita Beach was not the first to come to mind when you spending $25,000 for a pool refurbishment I reside in Lely Resort Naples. So who would think Pinch AcPenny Bonita Beach. Best kept secret in Naples. They did my HOA PRESIDENTS pool: that where got the recommendation from Yout more than welcomed to contact me and I will send you photos before and after. AMAZING VITO FORTUNA

Our pool was green twice this summer. Found out from neighbors. When we returned the water hardly flowed from spa into pool. Pool was dirty, baskets were dirty, filter was plugged up. Took water into store to be tested and we had “zero” chlorine. Asked to have someone come out. Didn’t happen. Was told to call someone else and hung up on. Went to store to get a replacement filter since we paid to have “filter checked and cleaned as needed’ and was told “ we are done”. Didn’t care that we had a contract based on type of service selected. So far have added 9 gallons of chlorine, spent hours cleaning. Had to replace filter. Was told 4 techs quit and we didn’t have service for 2 weeks and that and “many pools were green”.

I couldn't cycle through cycles on spa, trouble turning off. Purchased new button at store. Manager Curtis was very helpful giving tips how to install. When I did install, still had problem. Went back to store. Curtis told me some things I could try with the air tube into the timer box but said it may be box itself, replacement cost $300-$400. Said if I still had problem to call for tech to come out, he assured me tech would have air tube and timer box with him if that was the problem. I had to call for tech, still had problem. Tech came out, took plate off box and said I needed new box. He did not have on truck, work order only stated inspect and give estimate. He spent maybe less than 15 minutes here. Said Curtis would call me, this was Friday. I called another pool service for second opinion. He came out first thing Mon. morning, made adjustments on air hose and all works fine. Spent less than 15 minutes here and would not accept payment, said he was going to a nearby job anyway. I feel Pinch-a-Penny was quite dishonest. I will not use them again even for spa supplies. I finally did hear from someone in service dept. of Pinch-a Penny on Tuesday. Told them problem was resolved.

I have used them before with good results. They did a good job. They showed up quickly, fixed the part, and the price was reasonable. They even had the part readily available to install.

At first, the pool guy showed up every week and did his thing. He always came on the same day and left a card showing what he had done. Then he left the company and a new guy was assigned. This guy was very good about showing up on the same day every week, however, he never, ever cleaned the filter over the course of 9 months (it should be flushed and cleaned once a month). I started having equipment breakdowns. He was never there long enough to do anything but dump some acid in the pool. There was no skimming, scrubbing of tiles, or any other sort of pool maintenance (other than the acid). I would not hire this company again. I now have a very small, family run business taking care of my pool and could not be happier.

They come out every Friday of the month to perform the work. I would use them again in the future.

Very poor service: only occasional vacuuming. Found that the pool filter has not been washed in at least two months. Last total chlorine level was 10.4 (should be 1 to 3), a hazardous level which probably went unchanged for several months. The majority (9/10) of their service personnel would spend 5 to 10 minutes on each service call.

The men that came were very professional and somewhat helpful in finding the problem. We were glad we didn t have to replace the pump.
