+ -1 moreScheduled inspection and Robert was right on time. Was very thorough. Inspection was quick and was told that I would receive inspections by noon the next day. Was surprised to find the inspections in my email by noon the same day! This is the second time I used them for inspection of my home for insurance purposes, and I would certainly use them again. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreInspection went well from what was in writing. Not even 3 weeks after inspection a purchase of house we noticed 2 water leaks. One under the sink and one outside from the tank system. Still haven't heard back from company after messaging them.

+ -1 moreIt went well overall. He was there on time and got started right away. He would pause to answer questions and would point out what needed to be done in a specific instance. He not only showed me what needed to be done but explained why and discussed the consequences. The written report was excellent is is a reference for the future for me after I move into our "new" home.
Description of Work: A very thorough home inspection of the 2003 built home I purchased. Kevin loves his work and it shows. He does not rush and is quite particular. He answered all my questions very honestly. He does not just tell you what need corrections, he explains why and what is normal for the age of your home. When he finished I knew what needed immediate attention and what could be done at a later date. I would hire no one else after having used this company. The inspection consisted of all exterior, driveway, walks, plumbing, general construction, electrical, kitchen appliances, and wind mitigation for the insurance company.
