I am very sorry to report that my experience with Joyce on Saturday was not only disappointing, but humiliating.  She may be a nice person, but should not be doing massage.  It started with a handshake that was like a limp noodle and I thought, "this is not good".  After being left to undress, which took me 2 min, it took 10 minutes more for her to return though I called out numerous times that I was ready.  She didn't put the head rest on the table until I asked her to.  (I think it took more effort than just setting a table on the bed.  She said it wasn't her usual room to do massages.)  Then the "relaxing" music was blaring so I asked her to turn that down (she did and was not rude).  I always remove all clothing during a massage and have always been treated discreetly.  Joyce flipped the sheet back, leaving me exposed.  I have never had that happen before.  Her touch was like putting oil on someone- no pressure at all and definitely not therapeutic.  Rubbing the feet/toes was more like playing "little piggy".  I received no benefit from the massage whatsoever and felt bad that my son paid $50 for the gift certificate and I added $20 more to the bill for what ended up to be a 50 minute horrible experience.  I regret having to tell you this but you need to know that this is the worse massage experience I have ever had, and I have probably had 50+ professional massages.
