"Plumbing installation of this dish washer was done correct in our part including water connection, drain and power cord. Toe panel is the last cosmetic part to be installed with 2 screws provided by manufacture and has nothing to do with plumbing in this case and is too far to do any damage to the door panel of the dish washer. Customer found this defect after 2 months of proper operation of this dish washer which is brand new and under manufacture warranty and called us to reimburse him for the cost of appliance repair tech and the door panel. We don't cover in our plumbing warranty defective parts and advice the customer to call the manufacture for Tech support or replacement and since this dish washer is only 2 months old makes no sense to hire appliance repair company other than manufacturer and get charged for new panel for more than $200."

When the plumber arrived he didn't even have a protective sheet to capture the plaster that would have fallen to the floor when he sawed,; we had to provide him with a bed sheet. Nor did he clean up the plaster dust and plaster chunks on the sheet.
The dry wall man/painter did a superb job in making the repairs.
"First thing first: You needed new shower valve because the old one couldn't be fixed because very corroded over age and that's why shower head was leaking. We installed new Moen posy temp shower valve inside the wall and the trim chrome finish that comes with this new valve is standard, the shower head also comes from manufacturer is standard and that's what we installed, if you wanted something with flow control that is sold separately from the valve. About the verbal estimate, We proposed to you to complete this job including the Moen shower valve & trim, labor & materials at the price you mentioned. And the best for last, How can the steam from the shower can trigger your smoking alarm..!! First time I hear such a thing."
Holey Moley! Nobel Plumbing is a real find. Barely half an hour after we called, Platon was in our driveway. He wasn't even out of his van (really nice van!) when he told us he could see from there what was wrong with our water heater and he was right. After an inspection, he gave us the choice of repair or replacement. We went with the replacement. He left for a while and returned with our high efficiency new water heater. it was installed perfectly and works great. He cleaned up our garage so it was hard to tell the water heater had been replaced.
Before he left, I brought him into our bathroom to show him a problem we have with a faucet - a problem that a previous plumber supposedly fixed but is still giving us trouble. He fiddled around with it for a minute or two and it was fixed. No charge, no problem. He could have told us it had to be pulled apart, needed parts, was costly etc.
Platon (Tori) is a very, very professional plumber and a very nice man. We find him honest and neat. We would hire him again in a minute and are actually having him back to do additional work.
He called me back in the next 15 minutes and promised to be at the house in the next 2 hours.
He came in less than 1 hour and fixed the problem in no time.
Soon after he finished he called me back and explained the tasks performed and I paid over the phone.
Very nice and professional person. Super responsive.
I will use him again in a heartbeat.
Only issue was he did not let us know he was working on overtime. We called at 3:30 PM and he arrived by 3:45 PM. He presented the bill and I asked why so high and he explained. The he said that since he had not mentioned OT, he would charge us the regular rate. He was very nice about it and it was quickly resolved.
Great work, fair price. Would hire again!
