It went well from beginning to end. The bidding and planning phase proceeded in a timely manner. Deadlines were met. In addition, the crew discovered rusting Rebar in the external wall of my building, and the company communicated directly with the board about the situation, which has been resolved. The materials used are high-quality. I now sit on my lanai every evening without even the tiniest bugs getting through. I am so pleased.

One of the very BEST experiences that I've ever had with a vendor. Mr. GreenScreens is a long-time family owned aluminum and screen enclosure company, operating in SW Florida. Tracie Green, the business owner, was very thorough and accommodating. Her employees, James and Dakota, were very knowledgeable and did quality work to PERFECTION! Hurricane Irma left southwest Florida with many screen enclosure issues. Tracie, the owner, worked very hard to schedule everyone. We recognized we would need to wait, but when Tracie said her crew would be here, they were here. They did a very good job, were professional and cleaned everything up when they were finished.

I called Mr GreenScreens and got an immediate response from Tracie. I offered to email photos of the area where the work was needed and said that I was not in a hurry and that the work could be fitted in along with other work when they were in our area. They called and arranged to do the work a few days later. Tim arrived exactly as expected and he was such a personable man. He couldn't do enough for us. The repairs were completed swiftly and very professionally. The result is perfect and we could not be more delighted. Tim also, on our request, checked the other screens and told us that we had a good five years life in all our screens save one which might be the next to go. I felt I wanted to give him more business - you couldn't get better people to deal with. Thank you Tim and Tracie
