drywall
 + -1 moreEverything went fine, but I didn't use them because I decided not to do the job. The guy came out and measured and gave me an estimate of the cost. I had minimal interaction with them.
Description of Work: Knotts Plastering gave me an estimate for removal and installation of dry wall.

 + -1 moreThe Knotts team was amazing; they were fast, efficient, diligent, and careful. They arrived on time, stayed late to finish, did quality work, and didn't miss a detail. Even after their work had been completed, when other workers on the job damaged some of the existing drywall, they returned to fix the spots the same day we called to request it. The contacts at the company were friendly and responsible, returning our estimate right away, and stayed within the agreed price. I wish all of the subcontractors on our project had been as good as Knotts.
Description of Work: We had relocated a structure to incorporate in the construction of our new home, and the move had created a need for drywall repairs and patches in every room, mostly at the most difficult spots along the wall/ceiling corners and above the door frames. We had also built new rooms, including a tall stair tower that required scaffolding and careful drywall work to avoid getting any material on the overhead and adjoining wooden beams, as we wanted to stain them. The ceilings in the relocated structure had a strange texture that had to be matched in the patches, and some of the walls needed to be floated to meet the new baseboards. It was a painstaking project for a drywall team.
