Kinetico Water Systems of SWFL

From the beginning to the end, the process was very comfortable and professional. My sales rep Roger Himalstein was very informative about the quality of my tap water and what the system would do to create clean, clear drinking water. What I really appreciated was the fact that he didn't try to sell me products or services that I was not interested in. He mentioned other filtration products but didn't push them and concentrated on the drinking water. The installation was a little tricky but Roger met the challenge with a positive and "can-do" approach. William Devault was my installer who really gave a lot of thought to the installation before diving in. He provided alternatives which neither myself or Roger had thought of. The installation was done very professionally and William was very tidy about his work. I would highly recommend their services.

We are extremely happy with our Kinetico whole house filtration system. Before we had it installed, the water was so chlorinated that taking a shower would cause my wife's eyes to burn. The sales person was very polite and knew what he was talking about, the installation was quick and on time.

We've owned our system for 3 months now. Initially the sales person was very punctual and courteous. The installer was also on time and professional about the installation process. I love the Kinetico RO system better than the previous RO that we replaced. The pressure is superb, water is always available to meet my needs and their system does not need to be back washed weekly. Also, the taste of the water is excellent. The water softener system uses no electricity, less salt , less space and there are no cycles to worry about. Highly recommended system.

I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone. Communications were excellent and service person was outstanding. Though faced with numerous problems with the job he did not quit. The results were great.
