A variety of products but the de- chlorination and reverse osmosis was perfect for us.

I did alot of research on different water systems. So much, that all the people I interviewed would ask if I was in the business. No, just wanted to be sure I bought the best for my money. Look no further, Kinectico out shines them all in every area!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff from the receptionist that scheduled our initial review and water test to the technician that installed our system. Water quality is outstanding, noticeably softer and better tasting than before installation. I highly recommend Kinetico for your water treatment needs.

Very professional, came out and tested my water and offered different products based on my needs and household size. I like the fact they are local and do not use 3rd party and have been in business for several years.

We built our house in 2005. The builder installed a whole house RO system but, we still Had yellow water when we drew a bath and our faucet s over time corroded. We had Kenetico install a whole house RO System and It was the best thing we ever did. Our water is crystal clean and tastes better than any bottled water. Wish we would have done it sooner. Thanks Kenetico for giving us the the best water.

Edwin performed annual filter change and maintenance to our reverse osmosis system.. Although some issues were encountered during the maintenance he made sure everything was working properly.. I thank him for his efforts and feel Kinetico is lucky to have an employee like Edwin

We love our whole house reverse osmosis system from Kinetico. The water quality is excellent and the service and monitoring is excellent as well. I would highly recommend them.

After much discussion we decided to have a whole house system installed. Greg West, Regional Manager, was amazing! Greg explained the entire system and the benefits we would see, and he was 200% correct. The installation took place when we were gone, Greg was there to ensure all went well, again going above and beyond! We can see the benefits from our drinking water, laundry and showers! Kinetico ROCKS! Julia at Kinetico gave me a deal that was over $2000 less than I expected to pay! My old well system had a total failure two days before guests were supposed to arrive at my rental. They replaced it on a SUNDAY in less than four hours and had the water running. A few weeks later storms caused a well problem on a Sunday, of course. The problem was unrelated to their system and something that they normally don't fix. They came through anyways and were able to fix it hours before my guests arrived. The bottom line is they made sure I was able to accommodate my guests to keep over $5000 in revenue and maintain good reviews. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great system and even better service. Thank you Kinetico for helping to take care of me and my guests.

Reasonable price. Showed up on time and the work was done without any issues. Technician clearly explained how the system functions.

Our salesperson Rick was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately the original installer sent had a very poor attitude, and was not aware of our city regulations regarding installation. The office volunteered that they would reschedule and send another installer. The new installer turned out to be the service manager Ricky who had an excellent customer attitude and did a very professional job. Would highly recommend Kinetico of SWFL.

Kinetico Quality Water Systems of SWFL (the Venice location) did a bang up job of being both responsive and not UPselling me! I had actually thought of the whole-house system (as we *needed* and had one in our NM home), however we were told we can always upgrade later - so we opted only for the kitchen sink drinking water system. I was *stunned* at just how much room the tank took up underneath the sink - and although I don't love the occasional gurgle - I know I'm getting good water to use when cooking and for drinking/making tea and coffee.

Our salesman Dennis was absolutely the best! Not pushy and very professional. Also our installer Juan was very polite and nice and so far am very happy with the unit. I would recommend Kinetico all day long!

The technician, Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to what 3 other water softening companies werenâ t able to. He thoroughly cleaned our system, balanced our well water, so it comes into the house soft and iron free. He was here 3 hours and wouldnâ t leave until we were completely satisfied. Thank you Kinectico and Jeremy especially for listening completely to our concerns...We would Highly recommend Kinectico Water Company.
