I have used Kenny for years and he is the kind of guy that will NOT overcharge. He is not a professional at business management, but if you are looking for a guy who knows his stuff and will even talk you through some quick diagnostics on the phone for free then he is your guy. He will find the least expensive solution for you without up-selling all the time. He needs a little push every so often but is honest as the day is long.

I don't trust HVAC servicemen, but Kenny Freeman is the exception. Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly. He does a great job and does not try to oversell or do repairs that are not needed. When hurricane Irma was approaching our Naples home and our house watch people burned us and told us they had no time to put up our storm shutters, Kenny was making a service call and agreed to do it for us. He was a lifesaver. What a guy !!!

Kenny is bit rough around the edges but this guy knows older A/C systems and is great at keeping costs reasonable. He is worth the effort. He saved me thousands of dollars on an older A/C system and even did some custom work to keep the old system running for a fraction of the cost.
