Went great. Very friendly and professional team. Checked everything over, and noticed there was a slight drop in freon, which they topped up for me. Freon was pricey, but the rest of the service was exactly as planned. The light had an odor when first installed, but faded before the first hour was up. This additional light was $400.

Heater doesn't work. She sent out workers several times and couldn't fix it. Finally she came out and I was told that she didn't fully understand the new unto as she never put it in before. She said yo turn on the heat before a cold front came. Heater still doesn't work. I will call another company to fix this probe.

"Your air handler was installed after proper permitting through Collier County, April 2013. The winter of 2014 you called for service, not enough heat. My service technician found 4 of the 8KW heat were not functioning. I personally was onsite and got all 8kw of heater working, double the heat. I also consulted with Trane technical support while onsite and was advised that the computer in the unit controls some aspects that we could not adjust or change. This was 3 years ago and this notice is the first I've heard of a problem. Communication is the key to great customer service, I had no idea that the adjustments made were not enough."

Awesome. I am so pleased - not only did our power bill go DOWN after Juli replaced the system (now it is the proper size for our home) and redesigned the ductwork, I am finally cool again without having to turn the thermostat all the way down!

All went smoothly. I have 2 AC units and this company installed both and made adjustments to accommodate the better units.
This company services these units each year to make sure that the drain are kept open and all the numbers checks out for best efficiency.
I have recommended this company to my neighbors and my 2 neighbors across the street have also used them for new AC installations

Julie and team performed an excellent job in the replacement of our complete air conditioning system. She and crew were on time, and at my site on the day that they informed me that they would be there. Their company performed the work quickly, and were very tidy also. All of the technicians were friendly and spoke English. I felt comfortable having their crews in my home. After their work was finished, their company passed their final inspection through the city with flying colors. I would highly recommend their firm to all who are seeking air conditioner repair/ replacement.
