Jerad Allen Landscaping

I reached out via social media and Jerad responded less than an hour on some messages and immediate on others. I hired him, he was prompt and efficient and installed 20 Areca Palms in my front yard. This entire transaction took place from first message to installation less than one week. The plants are healthy and look amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my future projects in my yard. He is rehired for future plants and projects.

I spoke to Mr. Allen at the Cape Coral Farmer's Market in mid-December and explained we needed some trees planted and additional landscaping installed. He told me he was backed up by a few weeks, which was no problem for us with the upcoming holidays. He took my name and number and promised to called after the first of the year. When I didn't hear from him, by the second week of January, I called and left a voicemail for him. Still no response. If he is too busy with the customers he has, why is he at the Cape Coral Farmer's Market week after week drumming up more business?

Jerad was the only landscaper that returned my call because I wanted a Vera Wood tree and unless you want to have one 3' high you have to go to the east coast.  Three other landscapers/nursey's I called off Angies List never called back when I told them what kind of tree I wanted.  They grow slow, don't need much maintenance and have yellow flowers for 6 to 8 months.  They are pricey at $485 for a 14'-16' tree. 
Jerad is a small company and has about a 2 week backlog of business and I'm sure that's because he goes to the east coast to get plants for his customers like me.  He did come out promptly after we connected the first time and we came up with a plan.  He is quite knowledgable about plants.
I would highly recommend him to anyone especially those who don't have a green thumb and hate yard work and want professional advice.
