Not well.  The cleaning supplies were not what I would expect a cleaning company to use for a job that was going to be more than a casual dusting and swipe.  (Information I had provided days before the job.)
Please read the previous section for more infornation.
To his credit, the owner/manager did back down a bit about the extra money needed, since he clearly hadn't informed me before the job was completed. 
I had planned on sending it to him until an hour later when my maintenance man reported on how the apartment looked,.  Since he is a true professional and has been in this business for a long time, I trusted his conclusion...and he was correct.

First talked to Dennis to set up the appt to have our house that we were buying cleaned.      He even accommodated us to have it cleaned on a Sat since we were closing on a Friday which his crew does not always do.    I met Pia first thing in the morning and went over everything with her as to what I wanted cleaned in the house which was everything.      She called me at the end of the day when her crew were finished to come back and inspect their work.......I was very impressed with her wanting me to do that.    They did a wonderful and thorough job and my new house looked so clean and smelled so fresh.     Pia also arranged to have a separate company come in for me to clean the carpets.     It was so nice to be able to move our belongings in the next day and know we had a thoroughly clean house.     This cleaning company was excellent and I would highly recommend them.     Working with both Dennis and Pia was a very nice experience since they want to ensure they make the customer happy which is such a pleasure these days!

Very easy and flexible to work with.  Did a quality job.

The girls do a thorough job and are observant in looking into areas that might need extra attention.
I have set up all of our appointments and payments with Dennis, and he has made it very convenient with his prompt response. In cases as I mentioned above, Dennis will always call to let you know if there will be an additional charge than normal and make sure that is okay before the girls perform the work.
It is a fair price for what they do: They do their best to schedule when you need them, prompt, dependable, and trust worthy, which is very important.
We will continue to use them going forward

They did a great job! The owner came by to introduce herself, find out what I wanted done, and give direction to the two ladies who did the cleaning. Both ladies did a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. The owner came back at the end to check their work and make sure I was happy. I was very pleased with the work they did and will definitely use them again when I need cleaning service done.

The girls are punctual and do an amazing job.  Every nook and cranny is cleaned!

I highly recommend this company. I had to move my aging parents from FL to Indiana into an assisted living facility on an emergency basis. As I live in Indiana, I could not be in FL to manage the move. This company met with my parents, surveyed to project and gave me a fair bid. They boxed the household contents, loaded the moving truck and completely cleaned the unit. They treated our family like their own. Look no farther than this company for fair and reliable services!

The cleaning was scheduled to start between 10 and 10:30 am.  The service arrived late and started cleaning at 11 am.
The owner walked through the house with the other 2 cleaners and explained some things to them. I specifically mentioned that no doors to the outside could be left open as we have cats that try to escape.
At the end of the cleaning I attempted to talk with the owner about some concerns that I had.  At this point I had only been in 2 of the rooms that were cleaned.  I mentioned to the owner that several pieces of furniture had not been dusted and that the baseboards were not done.  The owner stated that baseboards were not included at the price she quoted.  I mistakenly assumed that would be included in a deep clean.  I should have made sure that this was the case.  The owner became very angry with me and started yelling at me that I was the first customer to ever complain about her service.  She told me that dust accumulated very quickly in a home with cats and that must be the problem.  I checked the master bedroom immediately after they were finished cleaning it and several pieces of furniture were not dusted.  This was also true in the office, neither of the desks had been dusted.
At this point, the owner opened my front door and left it ajar for some time while she yelled at the other cleaners.  I do not know what was said as it was in Spanish.  After becoming uncomfortable that a cat would escape I said to her that she cannot leave my door ajar and I closed it. The 2 cleaners then came in and dusted 2 of the pieces of furniture in the master bedroom that I had pointed out weren't done before.  Then the owner came in and screamed at me "Where is the dust?!" I said to her, that they had just dusted the pieces, and she told me that was not true, even though I was in the room with them and she was not.  At this point, I paid the owner in full, to get her out of my house, because she was so irate and only wanted to argue with me.  I should have insisted that she walk through the house with me at the end of the cleaning.
 
Since the cleaning service left, I have discovered many surfaces either not dusted at all or partially dusted.  These include the headboard in the master bedroom, the keyboard trays of both desks in the office, the top surface of the entertainment center in the family room, the shelves on the wall of the family room, and about 50% of the artwork hanging on the walls. The faucets in 2 of the bathrooms are filthy. There is a dark ring under the rim of the sink in the master bedroom that was not cleaned. The tops of the medicine cabinets in all 3 of the bathrooms were not touched. Many light switch plates, if not all, are still dirty. The entryway table has a huge smear of something on the front of a drawer. The shower frame in the guest bathroom was not cleaned on top. I revacuumed the master bedroom, stairs, and upstairs bonus room (the only carpeted areas) and had to empty the canister of my vacuum 3 times.  These places were vacuumed by the cleaning service but not well.  There is a chip out of one of my picture frames.  An electrical outlet plate was broken in the bonus room and the broken piece left in the floor.  The kitchen floor was mopped again by my husband because it simply was not clean. The sisal rug in the office was folded by the cleaning service and now has permanent creases in it.  Furniture in the living room was left significantly out of place. When we moved the sofa to its original location huge balls of dust were exposed.  There are many dirty fingerprints left on my daughter's furniture and closet door. 
I will say that the service did an excellent job of cleaning the sliders and their tracks, which were very dirty. Hence the D rating instead of F for quality.
I am utterly astounded at the complete lack of professionalism demonstrated by the owner of this company.
I have photo documentation of all of the above problems I have mentioned.

Pia came out several days ahead of time in order to give an accurate estimate..  She recommended work she thought should be performed (and she was right).
On the day of the service the workers were on time were on time, pleasant, amazingly thorough and did a fabulous job.  Pia walked them thought the house showing them what eneded to be done and then left them to their work.  When they were finished the house sparkled!  Pia wandered through when the work was done to make sure it was up to her own standards and had some touch up work done by the women who had cleaned the house.
I will recommend JennysOnTheSpot to anyone and will use them again.  A wonderful experience.

They were expeditious but thorough. Great attention to detail was given to every aspect of the job. We have two dogs. One inquisitive and one intimidating. Pia and her staff worked well around and "with" the dogs.since the initial cleaning we have them on a regular schedule and could not be more happy.
