Hired for full remodel after Hurricane Ian. Entire process was terrible, and quality of work was garbage. He also used unlicensed subs which butchered the work they were hired to do. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Gave fair price for original estimate. Process took a year to complete. Windows were not immediately ordered even though half of original estimate was paid up front. Excuses were made and responses did not come quick. Since I lived out of state at the time I had to correspond long distance. Windows finally did pass inspection but again it took a year. I settled without seeing final finished project in person for less than original estimate,but when I did see the work personally fit and finish was terrible. It looked as though he hired a someone off the street to perform the work. 1 window (the most expensive) wound up cracking because of shoddy install. 3 others were loosely hanging in their frames. Inside and outside caulking was a mess and broken glass was in large quantities were scattered everywhere in the landscaping. I have no idea how they passed inspection. If I had been able to see the finished product before settling with Mr Vilchez I wouldn't have paid him another cent. He definitely is of low morals and unscrupulous, cheating work ethics ( hard words I know but facts are facts) He should be ashamed, he is not a nice person. As a Christian I feel it my obligation to warn others of this business.
