"Thank you so much for taking the time to review our work. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you on your lanai enclosure and we are so pleased that your are so pleased."
"Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed] for you kind review. It was a pleasure to work with you on this project and we look forward to seeing you again on your next project."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] - As you know, we use only our crew members to perform work, with the exception of specialty items, such as electrical. As a direct result of feedback from customers, such as yourself, we increased our response time, implemented a robust quality control and training program. This plan includes our project managers running point on each and every project personally. This has eliminated scheduling delays and installation issues. We apologize that this improvement was implemented at the end of your experience but want to thank you for taking the time to rate our overall performance. Very kind regards, Impact Ready, Inc. Team"
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you were not as happy with our work the second time, as the first, but we greatly appreciated your repeat business. Each crew has a lead project manager and I can assure you our work is supervised. I will request that the person most familiar with your brand of windows reach out to you to see how we can help."
"Ms. [Member Name Removed], I am sorry that it has been difficult closing out a permit we pulled in 2011. We had been actively working with Collier County to facilitate this long process. To be clear, your real estate attorney has been involved since we were first notified of the clerical error and this has now been resolved. Thank you for all kindness during this process it is greatly appreciated."
"Thank you for your kind review!"
"At Impact-Ready Inc, our number one goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction for all of our projects. Unfortunately, our newly assigned Project Manager had personal issues that developed after beginning his new job that precipitated problems we were unaware of. As soon as we investigated the details of his totally unsatisfactory performance for Mr. [Member Name Removed] he was terminated. Our General Manager is in the process of working with our valued customer to help resolve all of the outstanding issues as soon as possible."
"We are very disappointed by the comments of Mr. [Member Name Removed]. However, we must point out that he waited 6 months after the completion of the project to all of a sudden enter a negative review on Angie’s List. He never called the Sales Manager who contracted with him or any other key staff members to give them an opportunity to resolve his issues before publicly voicing his dissatisfaction. We were totally unaware of his situation. This is unfair to our company. We started the project, and when we removed old materials and existing wood, we discovered that the framing for us to connect to had to be re-designed at additional engineering cost and lengthened to make proper connections of our block walls to the interior home. Further, we absorbed the cost to add additional beam reinforcements. The inspector passed all of our new work. We at no cost to the owner had to cut and raise the height of a door opening that was lower than code would allow and that no standard door would fit. Further, window openings of mid-1900’s homes typically vary. So, we standardized again at no additional cost to the owner. The house was “gutted” by the owner prior to our arrival. The living room floor was dirt. It was 100% clear what the scope of the owner’s work inside was, including walls, ceilings, floors – not work associated with Impact-Ready. Impact-Ready is always ultra cautious to water proof stucco and finishes, so additional caulk to fill erratic existing voids was not a problem. The doors and windows installed meet and exceed all current building and fire codes. We did not receive any calls from the owner, so we had no opportunity to facilitate repairs. We cannot speak for CWS, but we have always been able to get warranty corrections done. We went back and corrected the things mentioned that we were aware of and will still correct any outstanding issues. At Impact-Ready Inc, our number one goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction for all of our projects."
At the time we contracted the services, we were told of the expected time it would take for obtaining the work permit from the County, & obtaining the doors we requested. That turned out to be spot on.
We selected Impact Ready because we felt they had the best product and because they utilized their own installers. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive.
The installation went very well. The work impacted both the interior and exterior of the home. When they first arrived (on-time) they put up plastic in the living area so as to minimize any dust from the project and they moved the furniture.
They worked quickly and efficiently and answered any questions I had along the way. Nate and his crew took very good care of not only installing the windows but making sure that any area that needed to be caulked or needed spackle was taken care of.
It was a sunny day when they did the installation which afforded us the opportunity to put our hands on the inside of the old window and new windows at the same time (they did one side then the other which is only about a foot apart). What a difference! Where the old were hot the new were cool to the touch and introduced very little heat into the room while affording us a wonderful view out the new windows (no longer looking through heavy tinting).
When they left they cleaned everything up and left us not only with very nice windows but with no indication that major surgery had been done to the home.
Within a day or two we received a call from the office checking on our satisfaction which was nice.
We've had the windows for a week now and they seem to be everything that was promised. The room is much cooler and the view through the windows is excellent.
I would highly recommend Impact Ready for the quality of the product they sell, the quality of the staff they employ (not subcontractors), the warranty and the reasonable cost for the products and service.
IR foreman, "JP", was fantastic! A young, old school craftsman, paid attention to all details. He absolutely felt that he was totally responsible for the job. As lead mechanic, JP's multi-skills were an absolute asset on a job that proved not to be easy. I felt that he met each challenge, whether it was woodwork, concrete, tile or schedule constrictions with enthusiasm and dedication. Definitely not something you find everyday in an employee. The three other installers with IR on this project came together to make this happen without incident. They were there every morning at 8 AM (an hours drive away) and often left after 6 - 7 PM., with a minor break and short lunches, commendable in the August heat.
I actually waited until an independent Wind Mitigation Survey was performed before submitting my review to confirm my assessment of IRs performance. The certified inspector/contractor had said that it was "the best installation that he had seen in SW Florida".
So, the adage that, "you get what you pay for", held true for me.
