On every occasion, I am amazed at the beauty, quality of the product and especially the artistry of the arrangements. Yesterday's delivery was extraordinary! He had asked for unusual flowers. They did not disappoint. The over 2 foot tall arrangement consisted of birds of paradise, bells of Ireland, several Orchid stems with lots of unopened buds, giant yellow mums, and more! I highly recommend Heaven Scent Flowers.

What a difference from the FTD-selected florist we used last year!! That florist didn't even deliver until the Monday after Mothers Day. Heaven Scent was professional and friendly on the phone and flowers were delivered fresh early this morning. They have earned my Bonita Springs business forever.

It was simply beautifully, almost an art piece. One of the best bouquets I have order in the past several years. I had ordered something a bit different during this holiday season and boy did they deliver!! By the way the delivery was completed exactly as I had requested.

I called on the day I needed the flowers and within 2 hours I was picking up my beautiful arrangement. The staff were friendly and helpful. The product exceeded my expectations.

I received flowers for Christmas from my sons.. They called in the am and I had them in early afternoon. they were the best i have ever gotten.. the flowers are fresh and will last a long time .. I had gotten some from them in the summer and I got them to last almost 3 weeks.. They are very professional, friendly and are very willing to give you just what you want when you want them if at all possible, they go way be on what is expected for a tipical florist. I would recomend them for all my Flower needs. you won't be dissatified

Fantastic! Their arrangements, which included table center pieces and cake decoration flowers, plus wedding party/family flowers, were so very beautiful that I couldn't possibly describe them in words. The bride wanted very specific colors and the florists at Heaven Scent were able to match those colors perfectly. The large room was full of beauty as there were different sizes and types of arrangements all over. They set everything up on time and were friendly and thoughtful while there. The Heaven Scent florists advised the bride, my new daughter-in-law, on what to choose for the room size and table arrangement. Now, 2 weeks later, many of the flowers are alive and still beautiful. For the first funeral service, I was pleased with the planter that was delivered to the funeral home, ordered by phone. When the second occurred, I went to the website and ordered the largest floral arrangement of the type I designated (They come in three sizes, and are priced according to the size and number of flowers in them.) I had been made aware when speaking with them by phone that both sympathy arrangements were delivered by others via FTD, as the funerals were held in Fort Myers and the florist is in Bonita Springs. The second was indeed large, and most of the flowers were lovely, but even on the first day, the roses in it were wilted, almost completely open, and one was losing its petals. Given its cost and the occasion, I was very disappointed.

Very well - provided helpful advice about getting the best for my budget. I was very pleased with their help as well as with their prices!
