Ralph was Punctual, neat and did a great job. The job took longer than anticipated, but he stayed until the work was finished. I will most definitely use Ralph again.

Mr. Jimenez always returns calls and arrives in the agreed upon time frame. I can depend on his work and his recommendations on what materials to use. He looked at a leaking outdoor faucet and recommended that I call a plumber. The original installation was poorly done and it was not clear as to what was behind the wall. Good call.

"February, 13th 2015 [member name removed] [member address removed] Service location: Naples, Florida Dear [member name removed]; I’d like to address the comments and response to your posting. After researching your membership through Angieslist, there was something not mentioned by you; this was the fact that this home was not owned by you, it appeared that you were involved in remodeling this home for someone else. Your original request was to remove, and install new blinds and curtains in three windows. When I first arrived at the property; is seemed like someone else was involved in other projects, as the carpets, and floors were removed, and piled in different areas of this small apartment unit. It certainly was not easy to maneuver through the things stacked everywhere in the house. You may or not know this, in Florida block and stucco structures prevail; wood framing is seldom used, like you’ll see up north. Therefore, many times we have to drill into the block or concrete beans, in order to install a simple blind or shade. Hence, this was the case in one or two of your windows. After finishing the task at hand, you did not indicate needing any additional service; I provided an invoice, you paid by check, and I was on my way to another customer. Over all; the response in my history of reviews; simply cancels the negative comments you have posted; it would have been better that you were honest with me from the beginning, knowing that you may not have satisfied in any way, I would have made restitution in satisfied what you needed accomplished. Yes, he was on time, clean in his work plus in appearance, clothing, equipment, neat job, had all parts. Fixed the problem. Polite and took all parts, papers to recycle. Good for him, I will call on him again.

"In response to my being slow, this does not reflect the comments of other reviews on Angie's List. Considering the task at hand, and the multifaceted to do list, in my opinion everything went well. Concerning the installation of the cabinet over the water closet. I had to be careful, simply because water lines were running behind the wall, and the challenge of the studs never lining up where you need them. If there is something that I forgot, I'll be glad to go back, and do it at no extra cost."

The work was excellent, as always. I have used the services of Handyman At Heart several times over the past 5 or 6 years, and have never been disappointed. I usually have a list of jobs every year. Everything from replacing smoke alarm batteries to installing a new toilet. He also replaced a section of rotted wood on a lanai cabinet, and primed and painted it to resist further damage. Mr. Jimenez is always reliable, knowledgeable, and will offer suggestions.

My closet shelves and rail came falling down on Monday due to previous owner faulty installation. I immediately called Ralph Jimenez and he was here as promised in 2 days. The work was done carefully and completely within hours. Mr. Jimenez is pleasant, professional and hardworking.
This is my second experience with this company and the quality of work and professionalism has been exemplary both times. In the spring, the work in our bathrooms was more difficult and timeconsuming. Mr. Jimenez is thoughful in his approach to each problem and was able to offer solutions that worked beautifully.

Absolutely no surprises. The work was scheduled for approximately one week after my call. He arrived precisely when he said he would, he immediately went to work, and he didn't stop working until he was finished. The job was well done, and the work site was clean and tidy when he finished. He is a gentleman from the old school. (No, he's not old.)

I don't remember as to how much I paid for that service but it was not a lot of money because it turned out that it was not a very expensive repair. There was a broken thing inside the wall and it was a matter of either I had to rip the wall apart to do it or get lucky and sieve something through to be able to catch it. He was able to do that and did it for relatively short money. He did a nice job. He was very quiet and I thought he was good. He presented himself well professionally. He told me what he would do and he did it.

I have been hiring workmen for 24 yrs in Naples and, as Editor of Home and Design Magazine, one would assume I've not only seen them all, but have been exposed to the cream of the crop. I can say, without exaggeration, that I have never found so professional, punctual, honest or hard-working man as Ralph at Handyman at Heart. He does what he says, when he says; he'll tell you if he can't do something and recommend someone who can; he will change his estimate and even revise it downward if he has overestimated the time a job will take. He is polite; clean; gives good advice; is so much of a perfectionist, he wouldn't change a lightbulb I gave him because it was the wrong wattage and he wouldn't risk a fire! He is part wise old father, part good best friend and part every woman's secret dream husband--a man who really can fix most anything (and have it stay fixed.) I am only letting the secret of Ralph out because I promised. I fear once you hire him, he won't have time for me. He will be too much in demand. He has my house key--even though I live out of state-- and I trust he will oversee all my projects for as long as I have the house. I wouldn't hire anyone else. I highly recommend him to you. You can't do better than Handyman At Heart.
