Cameron was nice on the phone. He submitted a detailed report. However, he missed the fact that the master shower grout was falling out and there was extensive water and mold damage to the entire shower area. The damage extended into the master closet. This resulted in our needing to completely gut the shower, replace all walls including the studs, flooring and surrounding dry wall. The unexpected costs were more than $1000.00. This is exactly what you pay an inspector to find. When approached about what we found the company has failed to respond to our complaint.
