I moved and my new place had a Trane system which kept breaking! I finally contacted Haines to see if they service Trane HVAC systems because the company I had been using kept saying the system was complex! I have dealt with Owen, Brian, and Werner from Haines. Owen did initial maintenance and diagnostic. Brian was very knowledgeable about the entire system and reconnected the UV Light system & relay which had been disabled by the previous HVAC company techs. He changed the blower motor and determined the thermostat needed to be replaced so that the heating system could work. Werner was the Tech who replaced the thermostat, got the heater working and helped me connect the thermostat to the app‼️👏🏻🙌🏻😊 I can tell I made the right decision switching to Haines A/C & Refrigeration! I highly recommend them!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just signed up with Haines to take care of our furnace and air conditioning unit and I am just amazed first of all by the excellent customer service they have. I have spoken to Karie a few times when I first signed up and she was just wonderful, answering any questions I had and explaining the different maintenance contracts they have and she helped my pick one. I have been having a problem with my furnace dripping water on my air filter and I called and talked to Karie again and she is so knowledgeable understanding the problem and she set me up with a service man immediately. It is such a pleasure dealing with a customer service person who gives you all the time you need, answers any questions you may and it just very pleasant and Karie was the best. She sent technician Brian to the house and he was also fantastic, understanding my problem and going through one step after another, and explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it to troubleshoot the problem I was having. He got everything working correctly and had to add freon to my unit and said he wanted to come back in a few days to do another checkup and make sure there were no leaks. I couldn't be happier dealing with Karie and Brian and I would recommend this company to anyone. They are both assets to Haines AC & Refrigeration and I hope their supervisor sees my recommendation.

We had a maintenance contract to maintain our AC unit and also our pool heater. I had an issue with the pool heater and the two techs that came out had no idea what they’re doing and didn’t find anything wrong with the heater when they left. It still didn’t work.. we own the house for 18 months. They originally came out when we first bought the home and said there was no leaks, but the unit needed Freon so they added the Freon a few months later again did not find any leaks, but needed to add Freon a second time. This last time they came out a month ago he had to add Freon again then finally found a leak in one of the coils I had them recharge system, and the system was fine. We Ended up selling the home And Hayes Disclosed personal contract details with the new owner. Very discouraging.

Best service ever with TWO, exceptional installers, Angel and Luis!! Even mentioning that they do the work as if it were their own home I so appreciated that cleaned up. Everything was forthcoming with every step of the way very professional. I highly recommend Haines air conditioning and road request these two amazing men thank you Haines for the great job.

Great techs every time they come out. Customer service is great and handles our issues rapidly .
