I called this merchant at about noon to request that someone come out and replace the light fixture in my outdoor vestibule. They told me that someone would be at my house at about 2:00 that day. At 1:30 the doorbell rang and it was the electrician. 1/2 hour EARLY. Wow!
Johnny was professional, clean, and quick The entire job took about 20 - 30 minutes. Unfortunately (for me) their pricing is on an hourly rate so I had to pay for an hour's labor. They did let me know this on the phone before I told them to come.
All in all the job was perfect and I would definitely recommend them for a small job. I have no experience with them on a big job.

John M. arrived on time to install a surge protector. We added several jobs to our initial job request and they we all done at the same time to avoid a second service call. Everything went well.

Professional. If I asked a question, he provided an answer and approximate time needed to complete the work. For example: was considering to wall mount my TV in family room and was told that the wires and cable would be moved up and that I would need to secure from comcast an IR-extension and the TV wall mount. The time is approximately 2 hours. Can't ask for anymore than that!

The above price is with a 10% discount and the cost of some materials/supplies. Angies's list customer's are provided a 10% discount which did help. The cost is a factor but reading the reviews on Angie's was the determining factor in hiring this company. And, I would hire them again.

One individual did the job. He went to work right away and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was completed and cleaned up in one and a half hours. The fans work well.

I wanted a regular ceiling fixture but after speaking with rep followed his suggestion for the type of fixture. He was absolutely correct. I need good light that shows everything and the new fixture does just that. Had two dimmers put in dining room. Under cabinet lighting was buzzing and electrician replaced all 5 fixtures. Only 1 didn't buzz and I decided it was only a matter of time so I had that one replaced as well. Finally I have a television on the wall in the bedroom but didn't like the wires hanging. The wires are now in the wall and it looks so much better. The electrician was helpful, went right to work and I am very happy with the results.

The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and professional. The electrician showed up within 90 minutes of the phone call, had the replacement fixture on the truck, and went to work. He did the job, cleaned up and was gone within the hour. He even threw in the correct light bulbs since I didn't have any, something he did not have to do. Overall an excellent experience.

I was really happy with them. They gave me an estimate ahead of time and their price was right on budget. They were punctual, courteous, and efficient.

One Thursday night half of the lights in our house stopped working. Some rooms were completely and quot;darkand quot; and some rooms had half on and half off (some outlets worked, some didn't). My husband and father-in-law spent numberous hours trying to find the problem. They checked all the circuit breakers, replaced a few, and even took every single plate off to check each electrical outlet individually. They could find no explanation. We called Goodwin Electric on Monday morning and a couple of hours later John was here to help us out. He was great! Very personable and professional. He took the next two hours to methodically check off all that it might be. Finally, he located the issue - it was the connection to the light on our mailbox! There's no way we would have ever even looked there! After that he fixed the problem in mere minutes. He even took the time to move the location of the wires (they were close to the ground) and installed waterproof wire nuts so we should never have the same problem again. The cost was about half of what we thought it would be and the 10% Angie's list discount helped, too. I was very impressed with everything and everyone at Goodwin Electric and will recommend them to all my friends in the future!
