He is incredibly reasonably priced. He's $25-$30 an hour depending on the work. He's very conscientious about saving you money. He was very careful not making me over buy. He's very quick and he's good. The only thing he doesn't do is roofs. We have a palm tree that is going through our lanai cage, and he's offered to cut that down, which I know he'd do a good job. I find things and he's always saying sure I can do that! We are thinking of having him put in new drawers and shelves to make our closet more usable. He's very neat. He always cleans up and is not messy at all. He takes pride in his work. He is very very nice. He explains everything very carefully to you. He doesn't have a car, so he rides a bike. I've also picked him up and taken him home. He's very on time, but you might have to pick him up or take him back to his home. I will use him in the future.
