Amazing crew. They did a great job. The whole company was wonderful to work with. Will most definitely tell everyone in need of roofing to give them a call. Professional and understanding from the very first day to the last inspection.

Despite the permit process taking a long time (not the companies fault at all) the roof was replaced in a timely manner. The gutter replacement took a lot longer because there was an 8 week delay in materials but it was completed quick and efficiently. I do have 2 complaints, my solar tube was removed when the roof was torn off and the opening was initially covered with paper. I had to get them to put the solar tube back on and they didn’t know how to do it correctly. I ended up having to call and pay $175 to the solar tube company to come and put it back on properly and clean all the debris and water out of it (because it had rained and that’s how I knew it wasn’t on correctly when it leaked). Second thing that happened during the replacement of the roof and gutters was that no one went around the yard with a magnet to pick up nails or metal material. There was numerous nails found throughout the yard around the house. My dog step on a nail and had to be treated at the vet for an infection. My recommendation is to send out a supervisor or someone in charge to make sure they aren’t forgetting to go around with a magnet to collect the nails and other materials. We also discovered a few water bottles and trash in the gutters from the roofers when my husband went on the roof after the replacement to re-attach our ring camera solar panels. While I’m grateful our roof was replaced in a timely fashion following hurricane Ian I was unimpressed with the attention to detail of the team.

Other than waiting for materials it went great. Site clean up was great and once our shingles arrived, they got the job done in one day.

The entire experience was excellent. Nikki went above and beyond handling all communication throughout the process. Alonso who installed the roof was very professional / friendly. Well, roof was done ahead of schedule as I requested before rainy season, clean crew, no mess left after, they cleaned everything.
