DRAPERY KING

The owner David was supposedly in the hospital when i first purchased and wanted to set up an appt. She set it up for 2.5 weeks out to give him time. Then he no showed. I called and she apologized said he had been in the hospital and she would have him come out. So I set another appt. Again he no showed. I called and he answered apologizing that he had been out due to dizziness and would be out today. Called me 20 min. later apologizing that he was going to have to sell his business bc he couldn't drive out or do this anymore. Told me to get a refund from Angies list. So I contacted and they told me it was past 30 days so they couldn't. I explained and after several emails we decided to get the refund. Then the next day I get a call from a Pamela who said she was taking over his customers who had purchased on Angies list or who he hadn't gotten to. So we set up an appt my soonest time which was today at 1. Again no one showed. I called and left her a message then I text her and asked what was going on. She text back that David should have confirmed this morning and been out today. I didnt think he was doing it anymore but guess so. So I text her back and said she needed to come out that is who I thought was coming. She said David is obviously not mentally able to to focus, its best to get my money back. So now in process of doing that. This has gone on for 2 months. Still no window covering and out 199. Hopefully Angies list will refund me. I was shocked to see Drapery King is still on Angies making offers. Dont do it!!!
