 + -1 moreWe found a condo that fit nearly all our wish list requirements. She was very professional and had done her homework, and therefore prepared for our appointments. She proved to us that we could rely on her, and we did. She also was gracious, patient, thoughtful, and scrupulously honest - everything you want in a realtor. We just moved in last week and are excited about our new house and new life here. It will be fun to grow into this new place and become part of the neighborhood! And you can be sure that we'll tell people how delighted we have been with Christina Ruud.
Description of Work: Christina Ruud, our realtor, sifted through all listings to determine which ones met my husband's requirements. She then reviewed multiple listings with my husband, honing it down to a reasonable number for me to review when I arrived. Although she waited for us to ask, she was forthcoming in providing additional, useful information about neighborhoods and areas so that we increased our likelihood of finding what we wanted. She was spot-on in her assessment of the neighborhood and - because she took the time to get to know us - if that particular development would meet our expectations.
