+ -1 moreManny came to give me an estimate at the time and date that was arranged and he was willing to work within my schedule, which was important to me since it sometimes changes very quickly. He listened to what I was looking for and gave several suggestions so that I could get the most for the money that I had allotted for this project. The thing I really liked was that when it came to the budget that I had for these items, his suggestions allowed me to get more than I was looking for with only a few little adjustments. The work went very smoothly and according to plan, with few delays. Anything that was in the way, they moved and then returned. Nothing was broken and the people working were very polite. Everything was completed within the time frame that was projected. Manny even includes a construction cleaning as part of the service he provides, so I didn t have to go through and clean up the construction dust and clean the new floors after they were finished; it was done for me.
Description of Work: Custom Interiors completely remodeled my 2500 square foot house including the covered lanai. I replaced the flooring in the entire house with a combination of travertine marble and wood. The bathrooms were redone, including the install of new vanities to bring them up to date and I had the entire interior of the house repainted and had 5 1/4 baseboards installed.
