Hired CTY Property Services LLC to clean all 2nd story Windows at Estero HS. Steve thoroughly explained the process of what would be done and how in a professional manner. His crew was very quick and efficient and completed this major task in a day and half. Administration was very pleased with the results and felt it was money well spent. Steve Baptiste and his employees have been power washing my house, driveway, and patio for 6 or 7 years. The company has always done an excellent job. Steve power washed my roof once and then last year started a six-month maintenance program to better care for the roof. I am very pleased with CTY Property Services.

Steve, Emmett and staff were awesome. Their communication skills were excellent. We had our roof, driveway, house, lanai, screen cage, windows and sidewalks pressure washed and cleaned. I asked to get it done before Thanksgiving and they accommodated us. They did an excellent job, the price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.
