I was a bit annoyed with Computers Plus Of SW Florida Inc. I was having a problem with my computer and asked them to mirror my hard drive but they didn't do that. It took me over 3 hours to reload all my programs. They are professional and confident in the work they do. I feel they are one step above the larger repair stores. It would have been nice if they would of done what I asked of them. I would use them again but will be careful on the instructions I give them.

Bryan was very prompt and even came the same day that I called. He was able to determine the problem right away and fix it to my satisfaction. He was very professional and thorough. I thought his hourly rate was a bit high as compared with services I have used up north and local ads I have seen.
