They're pretty responsive. The service goes in and out which is always a pain. You have to call and you wait online. The customer service is usually pretty good.

Two of the staff were really good and the one was not professional and insulting. The service was poor and 2 out of 4 of the men messed up the job.

My experience is pretty lackluster. They come in and checked it up. I asked them if they could attach my VCR to the TV and they said they didn't know how. They are marginally trained for their job.
