City Mattress

We changed our order but requested same delivery date. They said they could do that, but then they called and said they could not. However, they were only one day late. They did let me know and arrived exactly as they said.

I called to set up an appointment. Dwaine called back on the weekend as he had promised to schedule the work the following Monday. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing, was efficient and polite, and cleaned up after himself. All in all a very professional experience. The front walk looks great, and all the vents and fans are working perfectly.
I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Their price was fair as it was not low but not accessibly high. The customer service is good. The selection was wonderful.

After purchasing a new king size box spring and mattress set every a couple of years, spending thousands of dollars, we finally found a set which gives us a good night's sleep!!! Thanks, in no small part, to the knowledgeable staff at City Mattress. After 'trying' several types of mattresses, we chose one from their Prana Sleep collection. What a wonderful product. We were so disillusioned by our past purchases as major department stores (though their service had been excellent), our last purchase was at a high-end furniture store...but still no satisfaction. This time was different. These people know what they are talking about...quality mattresses.

The sales staff, the set-up and delivery staff, and all the other people we spoke with at this company are well trained, considerate and a pleasure to deal with.
