Will Huckeby and Brian Opalensky contacted us and briefed us about the scenario of replacing our damaged roof by CedarValley. They knew what they were talking about and after 2 hours of questions and answerers we were convinced to sign a contract with them. From that moment the administration took over, forms needed to be completed, permits approved and when the big day arrived with the crew and a container it was a pleasure to watch how professional the job was done. 1st day:covering all the shrubs around the house with tarp, removing the damaged shingles from the roof. 2nd day: waiting for the inspection and it was the day off for the crew. 3rd day :placing the new shingles. Every day the crew cleaned around the house before they left. We are very happy with the final result.

Performed a drone inspection with photos. Went into all attic spaces. Assisted in filing the roof claim with my insurance carrier and will help to serve as the mediator with the insurance carrier. If the claim is denied, they have an attorney that will follow through. My out of pocket will be the deductible. Very pleased with Jason and his professionalism

They sent me an invoice and I paid them when I had the funds. The work provided was of great quality. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Everybody was friendly and easy to work with. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and did not try to sell me on any work that I did need. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

The job is still not completed. I have not finished paying them because the work is not complete. They had to send out a 2nd contractor to do the job the right way. Someone was supposed to come out to check to make sure the leak was repaired that was 3 weeks ago I have not seen anyone yet. I have been waiting for them to finish. My experience has not been good.

They did a great job helping us getting the insurance approval for a new roof. Tracy, the sales rep, even came out to meet with my insurance adjuster. Communication about what to do next and preparing for the crew to come was good. The problem was when the roofers were actually here. Mainly, that they had two inch nails punch threw an exposed wood ceiling. They apologized, removed the nails, and filled the nail holes. After coming out twice in attempt to match the stained beams, it was just looking worse! The guy was getting stain splashed and on my walls, spilled on the cement in my yard., I called the project supervisor and they apologized again, said itâ s not their fault because the sales rep never told them about exposed ceiling. I wasnâ t trying to assign blame, I only wanted it fixed. Since their attempts to fix was only making it look worse, I got an estimate to cover their attempts to repair with drywall. I asked that they meet me half way on the repair of $2050.00. They said the best they could do was $200. Disappointing, but accepted, and I paid the rest for the repair. Another disappointing thing was that when they came back to re attach the gutters, a week later, they did a horrible job. In particular there is one area where the gutter is slanted and leaning towards the house. My husband said he will fix it himself, for fear of having them come out again to â fix itâ Overall, they did a great sales job, getting the roof repair approved, the roof looks great. However, I think they couldâ ve meet me half way on price of repairing their misfortunate mistake.

Very expensive. They charged $300 to replace and install one broken barrel tile on a low roof. I have provided the replacement tile needed. They were in-and out in 40 minutes. A fair charge would have been $150.00

I hired this company to install a new roof. The work commenced on 3/11/19. Everything seemed fine until about 6 months ago. The roof started leaking over the garage After calling them a number of times they sent someone to inspect it. To this date the roof has not been repaired properly. It is still under warranty and all I am getting is the run around.

Very professional staff. Appointments were set and the people I dealt with were on time, friendly and courteous. I am very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
