Over the last couple of years, there have been missed service appointments (usually over a holiday week) along with non-knowledgable substitute techs periodically servicing our pool, who never left a routine servicing notice. On many occasions, the regular service person (service owner) was informed of algae outbreaks discovered immediately, or a couple of days after scheduled weekly service. Most importantly, the stripping of our filter cap container screw housing, preventing access for filter changes, was the "STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMMELS BACK"! The latter was discovered when I (the home owner) decided to replace the filter element myself to save costs. Upon discovering the stripped screw, I called their service complaining to apparently the pool service owners wife who took my call, but initially identified the company as Caribbean Pool Service. She was very non-proactive, argumentative, and very defensive that I insinuated that blame was laid at their doorstep. Therefore I told her that their services were immediately terminated, and she responded, " that they service 150 pools a month and loosing us as a customer wouldn't make a difference", and she proceeded to hang up on me! She had the audacity to call me back and justify her actions, but I again reiterated their services were to be immediately terminated and I said "good-bye".
