Calico Corners

I originally placed an order and fully paid for fabric on 5/21/14. I was told estimated delivery was 7-10 days. I had not heard back after 2 weeks so I called to ask the status. They discovered that the order had never been placed. I asked them to place the order again on 6/2/14. I was told at that time that the orders from that manufacturer had been arriving in 3-5 days. Again, I did not hear back. I visited the store today (6/18) to again check on the status. After about 30 minutes of totally disorganized checking, they finally called the manufacture only to find out that particular fabric was on back order. At that point I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They do not seem to have any system in place to track and verify orders. Also no system to keep customers informed on the status of their order.
