BUDGET BLINDS of SouthWest Florida

I called the office that services Fort Myers Beach. Everytime you call, you have to leave a message for a salesperson to call you back. I called a month prior to when I wanted them to give us their estimate that they advertise on their website to set up the appointment during the week that we would be at our beach home. I waited 2 weeks before calling them back. I called again on 3-20 and told them that it had been 14 days and I still have not received a callback. The gal I spoke to said she would give the salesperson the message with a priority note on it. I called back for the last time 2 days later. Same story. I never did get a callback or the estimate for the work I was wanting. I have been an Angie's List member for at least 10 years and have never before given a bad review. I have written several positive ones ...

They were not cheap, but the workmanship and quality were top-notch

It was great. Very friendly, good prices, great product. Problem now is that two years later, I need an adjustment. They will not call me back. I've called three or four times the past year and filled out a form on their website a couple of weeks ago. Still no response. It would be an easy adjustment. My unit is now for sale and I have chosen AAA Blind Factory to do the work at my new place due to this lack of response.

This Budget Blinds office is in Venice. they service the P**** Gorda area from that location. The sales process and installation both went very smoothly. They offered a great discount and were very easy to work with.

We never had to leave the house, they came completely prepared with samples for us to choose from. Delivered the first half of the order exactly on time and looks great. We bought all the window treatments for the complete condo from them. Excellent work.

My husband and I were very pleased with the installation and outcome! The price was reasonable and the blinds are lovely! Love the fact that slats are replaceable should one break!! John was prompt, personable, and honest! We will certainly use Budget Blinds again in the future!

Terrific! This is the 2nd time we've used Budget Blinds and have nothing but great things to say about them. Mark Holland came out to provide me with samples, estimate, etc. Kathy in the office is the epitome of efficiency. And, Auriel (sp?), the installer was the same installer we had about 5 years ago when we had additional blinds installed in 2 other rooms. He was extremely professional - wore booties, so as not to soil the floor or carpet, took the old blind away, as well as all of the packing materials. I highly recommend this particular Budget Blinds vendor. They are located at 28585 Rosorsa Place, Bonita Springs, Florida.

They were absolutely great and the guy they sent out did some extra stuff for me. He put up a valence that had not been put up by my previous painters. The guy from Budget told the office it did not take that long and not to worry about it; they did not charge me for it. I needed a shade fixed so they took it and sent it in to the company. They did not charge me for coming to pick it up and dropping it off. Another company I called was going to charge me $75 to pick it up and another $75 to bring it back. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.

Budget Blinds has been used in this community. Holland is very professional and has a knack for showing the best alternatives. He came with many samples. He was patient and returned a second time to allow us to ensure we had the best selections. After the order was placed he provided temporary bedroom privacy shades at no cost. Installation took three stages as each set of products became available. The same installer was used for all work which was performed quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with our purchase. We just moved into a new home and he was the only vendor we will praise so highly.

Terrific! Mark Holland arrived right on time -- to the minute! How shocking is that? He was extremely polite, patient, and professional. He must have spent at least 90 minutes while I kept going back and forth between 2 different colors/patterns. The estimated completion date for the blinds was right on. The installation took place that very next day. Their installer, Auriel, was just as prompt, polite and thorough as Mark. He even cleaned up after himself and tried to be as quiet as possible. I also want to mention Kathy Fredson. She scheduled the in-home estimate and was also able to answer questions regarding various blinds and features. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this particular franchise. They are Budget Blinds of Southwest Florida and they work in both Lee and Collier counties.

He is very easy going and straightforward. We decided to use his services.
