Bonita Valet has been my house watch company for over one year now. Nick is very reliable and reasonable. He gives me a detail report weekly on his visit. If anything is different he will take pictures and sends me a copy of any receipts for material on repairs via email. Nick charges $25/hr for his service. He is also a home inspector, and will run any errands I need before my arrival to my vacation home.
