Tires were not balanced and we had to stop on a road trip and have another vendor balance the tires.

Great. Billy is so nice to deal with. He is very honest and doesn't cheat you prie or do unecessary work. Always better to deal with local businesses when you can.

Perfect - better than expected

I got a flat in one of my tires that couldn't be repaired. I knew I needed all new tires anyway, so I wanted all 4 of them replaced instead of just the one with the flat. This happened on a Saturday, their busiest day of the week. They had to get the tires I needed from one of their other locations. They got the tires and put them on my car in about 2.5 hours, which was great considering that it was on a Saturday and was urgent. The manager took great care of me and was very accommodating. Since I had planned to get new tires soon anyway, I had previously priced tires and felt that Rick Johnson was very competitive on price.

Service was immediate, despite a very busy repair activity ongoing in each of the 4 service bays.  I was informed promptly of the cause nature of  the problem I was encountering, the need for a new battery, and the price that would be charged. Good service, promptly provided, and fairly priced.

I am going to them for around 5 years. It is family owned. You can set up an appointment or you can walk in too. No problems with them.

That’s the second time I’ve used them and both times that I have used them, their service has been excellent.  They can take me in immediately, they can fix it within 24 hours, and their prices are reasonable.

It was great. Prompt attention and courteous. They were nice to deal with.

I got up early and arrived prior to 8:00 am. The owner greeted me and I told him I had made an appointment the previous day. He

said he was sorry but he couldn't do the job because they were busy installing new tires on a dump(?) truck. He said this was a big job and would take most of the morning. I concluded that it was also a much more lucrative job than working on my car. I asked him if I could get an oil change while I was there and he said yes. While I waited, a number of other customers came by and all were told that they could either leave their cars until the afternoon or come back on another day.

After about 30 minutes, a technician took my car and changed the oil. I paid the bill and received a hand-written receipt. I was told the car needed a new serpentine belt and that the tires were fine. The cost was $31.95. On entering the car, I noticed a big blotch of oil next to the ignition. When I got home, I inspected the tires and noticed that the rear tires had little tread left and one had a nail in it that fortunately hadn't caused a leak.

I then went to Rick Johnson Auto & Tire on Dudley Drive in Naples to get new tires. I told them I had had a frustrating day. He said that they could replace the timing belt, the water pump and the serpentine belt and the cost including four new tires would be $1500. I agreed, and they gave me a ride home, picking me up five hours later.

Bonita Tire & Battery may do good work, but clearly I wasn't impressed.

Fast turn around and quality service at a fair price.

Monday the tow truck came and loaded it up. I would also recommend Extreme Towing, very professional. He said anytime he has a repair he can't personally fix, he takes it to the same shop and has known the owner for 20+ years. The call came in at the end of the day that I usually dread because from my experience with other shops in Bonita that is when I get the bad news on how much it will be and how many other repairs I am in desperate need of, with out asking for them. Well to my surprise the repairs were $700 below what another shop in Bonita had quoted me. If I had been in the shop I probably would have hugged the poor guy. I have already recommended them to a couple people and one has already taken his car in and was happy as well. I will continue recommending them. Great shop!

I had a car problem and phoned Bonita Tire.  Chuck answered and was very nice..listened to what I described as the problem and said they would check it over for me.  
Brought the car in, no pressure....listened to what I explained as my problem.  Asked me a couple of pertinent questions in relation to the car and said they would check it out.  
After the car was finished, the problem was fixed...I was told the spark plugs were Titanium and would last for another 50,000 miles or so..( I thought perhaps that might be part of the problem )........nothing else noted...did not charge except for small and I mean small, reasonable amount of labor and new battery.  No story about how I might need this, that or the other.    I am so happy to have found them...we have been thru so many "good' ...recommend!!! mechanics....took Angies List to find the right one
Very happy with them...would definitely  recommend and will use again for sure.

It pays to get a reliable, recommended repair person and get a second opinion.

Only did what was necessary. Ready when promised - made no attempt to oversell me the way Bonita Auto Center down the street did. The right place to go in Bonita Springs!

we got an estimate for over 1200.00. to fix an oil leak and airconditioner for our 2003 ford explorer. as it turned out ,it was only freon and the leak was caused from the last tune up we had. chuck took care of it and did't charge us. in all, we spent 72.00. the car is workig great and we wish we found him sooner. cudoes to angies list and bonita tire and battery(chuck is the owner)

Chuck, the owner, is there to discuss scheduling and prices.  He is very knowledgeable, fair and honest.  I got the above work done for less than half of what it would have cost at most any other shop.  I will return for maintenance and repair of my vehicles in the future.

I find them trustworthy. I know they don't try and get extra money from me. That makes me feel safe using their service. I know this because instead of having me purchase an un-needed item that they sold, he told me what to do to save some money.
