Terrible - After over 30 days, no work started. When we asked for our refund of the $15,000 deposit, the company owners avoided us for two weeks, then we confronted them and they said every day that we would be getting our money. When law enforcement was contacted by us, they then said they could make payments to us to refund our money over the next 45 days. To date, no money refunded.

Finished product is stunning. Very carefully done, we love it. Both Chris and Mike had good ideas for what would work, and we are very happy with the result. There were a few glitches related to timing, but we worked them out. They listen and want to satisfy. Hector is a perfectionist, what you want in a tiler.

The End Resut 98% out of 100%. Flooring job was top quality and meticulous. The plan from beginning to end went very well. We blew our budget by upgrading along the way and surprisingly we had no problem seeing the value in doing so. Our Condo is the nicest in our building thanks to the design, details and custom craftsmanship proposed, preformed and executed. When considering a company the Bonita Springs Flooring and Remodeling team are at the top of the list.

They received $27,474 from me towards all three projects, and they only completed the bathroom which cost $6,117. Many lessons learned.

We met with Chris and Robert on January 31 and left a 50% down payment to order carpet. They consistently did not return phone calls and failed two scheduled installation dates without explanation.

Horrible!!! Contracted with them on October 29, 2016, to do above work and paid them $10,500. Contract said job would take 21 days to complete and be done by December 25, 2016. We left for Ohio thinking we would return to a remodeled condo on January 5, 2017. When I contacted them in December to ask whether the job was started, one of the owners (Chris Pascale) lied to me and said it was. Before we left Ohio I tried to contact them both by phone and email to see if our condo would be habitable when we arrived on January 5th and after several attempts I received an email telling me "yes it will". When we arrived at our condo on January 5th, the condo was completely torn up with furniture piled everywhere and not even a toilet in place with about a quarter of the tile installed. After waiting outside our condo for 3 hours the owners of the company arrived and looked at our condo and sent us to a hotel. We spent 4 nights in a hotel before our condo was in a condition that we could stay in it. It is now January 27th and our 21 day project is still not complete. We have met with the owners, Chris and Mike, numerous times to try to get a schedule for the completion of our project and have been lied to so many times I don't believe anything they say. I met with Mike yesterday (he was 30 minutes late for an 11 am meeting) and finally met someone named Dan who does the scheduling who claimed he had heard about our job until yesterday. We last had a worker here on January 24th and were told today not to expect anyone to work again until February 1. We fired this company today and are now looking for someone to finish our job. We have paid them over $19,000 plus expenses for hotel and food for 4 days in season on Ft Myers Beach and the cost to repair the glass for our coffee table which the tilers broke and only have tile on our floor and unfinished ceilings. The owners of this company don't answer their phones and their mailboxes are always full. They BS with the best and lie indiscrimatingly.

After poor communication about when it would be started/completed, the tilers were very professional. Management needs improvement, but the workers were great.

The remodel was a lovely process with excellent customer service. I was impressed daily on how important being prompt is to this company from beginning to end. The project manager not only met the schedule but completed 1 week ahead of schedule. I expressed all of our prior problems with other contractors in the past. They assured us that we would not have any issues and would be recommending this family owned company and we certainly have and will for years to come. We received 5 other competitor proposals and they were right in the middle as originally promised. The price for the quality was more than fair.
We enjoyed the experience and felt very comfortable with no high pressure sales tactics or pressure. the workmanship was outstanding. The owners were on site weekly and answered all our questions.This company in our opinion is the by far the best and it is no wonder they have won many awards for kitchen and bathroom remodeling and design. Exceeded our expectation's.

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of work performed by this company. It took over three months to not finish, but it was enough to allow renters to move in. My 90 year old mother--the owner of the unit--was charged over $23,000 to remodel a five by eight foot bathroom. The quality of work was very poor. The company owner feels that the job looks great and has no concerns about the pricing. Despite repeated requests, we have not received an itemized bill from the plumber ($7,900 for "rough plumbing," a toilet and a shower head. The electric bill was $1,898 for replacing an outlet.) They stress their generosity of adding approximately forty square feet of "free" floor tile, which was leftover from a previous job. I will not recommend this company to anyone, unless you enjoy constant prodding, high costs, and a disappointing product--and can be without a bathroom or kitchen for months.

Excellent. They did a great job. They started the job earlier than planned and finished in less than a week. The crew was polite, professional, punctual and extremely neat. The final result is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. Also, they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the other quote we received plus the other guys would not have started for at least another week.

Painful experience. Missed every deadline. Broke all promises of completion. Poor attention to details. Required constant prodding for work. Definitely not a good contractor unless you plan to micro manage your project. And don't make too large a deposit and hold back plenty until the job is fully completed

From start to finish the process went smoothly. The project manager, Barry, kept me informed of each step of the process since I was not in town for the installation. The workmanship was excellent. There were a few items that needed attention when I did get to town and Barry was there immediately and every concern was addressed and resolved. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with this company and every one of their employees and the owner, Chris. I will definitely contact them again for any flooring need. They are the best!!

We hired Bonita Flooring to remove 800+ square feet of tile and 750 square feet of carpet and install tile over the entire area. We knew going in that Bonita Flooring was a little more expensive than other tile companies but we wanted the best. That is exactly what we got. The installation was fantastic. David and his crew arrived on schedule, removed the old tile, thin-set, and carpet. At that point, we discovered a lot of cracks in the cement floor. Chris, the owner, came out on a Saturday, looked it over and discussed several options. We went with a full membrane and Chris gave us a very attractive price for it. Before laying the tile, David placed it out and discussed various ways it could be done. That was extremely worthwhile and we wish the tile installer who did the master bathroom two years ago had done it.
The only downside we experienced, and it was minor, was that the tape used to hold up the plastic in the laundry room removed the wall paper when it was taken down and the installers were not familiar with the telescoping poles that can be used to hold plastic on high ceilings (resulted in a lot of dust in the family room). The tile turned out great and we are very pleased with it. If you want a really good tile installation, Bonita Flooring is the place to go.

Our bathrooms were to be completed in in 8 to 10 weeks, at present we still have unfinished bathrooms.

"The stone work on this bathroom remodel not mentioned and workmanship is second to none.The installers did an excellent job. The custom cherry cabinets did take longer than expected as many custom cabinets do and the late stain change from our client from natural to a darker stain after completion of the finish did not help.We did not charge extra for the darker stain request and honored Barbara's request to ensure a happy customer in the end."

This store never returned my calls or the promised emails. I had to go to the store seven times to get information. The promised four week delivery was eleven weeks. I had ordered four area runners, a bedroom area rug, and a bathroom rug in different patterns.
Chris, the owner, came out on time to take specific measurements. He said the office would email me the quotation. I had to call to get the quotation on the phone and then ordered the rugs. I had to pay in full. I stopped in to get the order confirmation. All I received was a tiny Visa receipt. I stopped in again to get an actual order confirmation and the salesgirl typed one up on a letterhead without an order number, order date or estimated delivery date.
On one visit after not getting a return call, I was told that the delivery date was actually a production date. When the rugs finally arrived, the bathroom rug was not on the truck. However, the men carried in a large rug which should have been two runners. They were ready to start trimming it in the bathroom before I stopped them. The other runners were the wrong sizes. The installer took exact measurements and said he would give them to the store.
I went to the store again to ask about the bathroom rug since it was in the warehouse. They called the Chris and the installer and it was arranged for the installer to come out the next day.
A week later, Chris was with the rug binder owner and called to verify all the measurements. He sent the rug binder owner to my house to measure the areas again. The rug binder owner promised them Feb 5th and Chris had them delivered the same day. One original runner was too short, but Chris said I had to order a 3 x 6. I was not ready to deal with this store again, so
I passed even though I paid for a longer runner. This was a stressful and frustrating experience.
I have a two and a half page detailed timeline of this whole experience.
I am pleased, however, with the rugs.

The experience was great overall. I think they really do good work and all the employees were skilled, conscientious, workers. The company as a whole tries to do the best they can for the customer.
