Yet another contractor who isn't interested in work. After giving me their sales pitch about charging $290 for a deposit to get someone to come out to look at the repair, the scheduler came back to say "we're not scheduling repairs in your area." So why did they show up in the recommend list? On to the next one.

They did a great job, no issues and they handled getting the permits.

Helpful and did an excellent job.

It was like pulling teeth to get these guys to do what they said when the contract was signed. Also their timeline was completely off. They stated that they could finish their work in a few days, but it's the city that'll drag its feet when it comes to approving the work and then inspecting everything. City completed there process extremely quickly, but ABC other the other hand took months. Very disappointed in the company. The one valuable lesson my family and I learned from dealing with them, get EVERYTHING written down on the contract prior to signing it. Word of mouth and promises from their contractors don't mean a **** thing! Wouldn't hire these guys or recommend them to anyone!

I chose ABC for the following reasons: 1. The salesman showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He did not "pressure" me but gave me all of my options. He stated that the roof replacement followed the Miami/Dade construction requirements. That meant the materials used were top quality materials as well as additional layers of protection. 2. ABC met all of their promises and in a timely manner. They arrived to do my tear off on time. The protected my property from debris. They worked what appeared to me as efficiently and were always courteous. At the end of the workday, the property was cleaned. 3. As promised, within a few days my roof tile were delivered and placed neatly on my driveway. 4. Within another few days, a large crew showed up to install the new roof tiles. They appeared to work well together. The supervisors, Jordan and George were always on the job. 5. The finished roof appears to be excellent. I am very pleased with this entire transaction. 6. The Company charged exactly what we had agreed to. No surprises. 7. I am not associated in any way with anyone at ABC and I do not receive anything for this recommendation.

We did have a hard time with them getting material and keeping the help, but overall they did a good job. They treated me fairly. The sales man was good, the workers were good, the head of the division and the supervisor were nice gentleman. They always responded to my phone calls.

They got the job done right on schedule, which was very nice. The crew was very hardworking and they were very honest and helpful during the whole process with the insurance and everything. I'm glad I went with them! The only issue I had was that they were not very thorough with picking up the nails.

They are excellent. First, a representative came out, his name was Andrew and met with us at our home and told us what the process would be. He was very communicative, which was important. They were really good at their customer services. They also had supervisors come out for each stage of the process. I also appreciated that this company put an extra foam barrier between the flat part of the roof and where the tiles get added, which prevents movements in the tiles in the future. They negotiated with our insurance company on the price and it was nice that I didn’t have to go through any part of that process. I wished I could give them an A+.

The workers were on time and courteous. They did a good job and when I had concerns I was listened to and reassure they would do the necessary adjustments and follow up with me which they did. Great workers and company.

Good. I was here the day the county inspector was here & he said ABC had used the highest quality materials & was very satisfied with the quality of work! Music to my ears!
