They're the best. I'm satisfied with the price. Their quality is outstanding. I would recommend them. The workers were fine. They left the area clean. I've used them for 13 years and I will continue to use them.

My tenant called (before contacting me) Air Conditioning By San Souci late Saturday afternoon because the A/C had quit working. They responded quickly and got the system up and running again. The technician told my tenant that it was a technical matter and wouldn't explain what he did. I received the bill for $370. $82 for condensate drain purge and $146 to vacuum out the drain pan, also a filter and service call. Less than six weeks later it quit again and this time I called Blue Breeze whom I've used before. He had to clean the outside line and added sanitizer tablets. In my opinion that should have checked and taken care of when San Souci came to repair the A/C. The unit is approximately 5 years old
